Role Purpose & Description
The successful candidate will embark upon our teacher training programme for industry convertors. You will be based here at London Screen Academy for roughly four days per week, and spend the fifth at our teacher training provider. Your time at LSA would initially involve observing lessons, and then co-planning, co-teaching, and eventually taking responsibility for a number of classes on a reduced timetable. At the end of the programme, you would have a recognised teaching qualification. You would be paid to train, with the salary point on the unqualified teacher pay scale determined by your industry experience.

In line with our mission, we are particularly keen to hear from industry practitioners who have experience of working with underrepresented groups, or who have worked in areas of the industry that are not currently represented by our staff body.
