We are seeking an exceptional person to join our student-focused Education Operations team at St George's, University of London. This role would suit an organised individual with great communication skills, who wants to contribute to the enhancement of the student experience. 

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Extenuating Circumstances process, reviewing cases and ensuring timely outcomes
  • Provide guidance to students and serve as the main point of contact for queries
  • Contribute to the development of the Extenuating Circumstances system, streamlining new processes and drive continuous improvements
  • Manage student cases and support the smooth organisation and running of the Extenuating Circumstances Panel
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records and produce reports/data for stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a course/student administration role in higher education
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills
  • The drive to provide an exceptional service to students
