We are seeking an ambitious, talented, and motivated individual to be at the centre of an innovative KTP project with Westdale Group Ltd and Leeds Beckett University.

Westdale Group Limited specialise in refurbishment projects tailored to the needs of local authorities, housing associations and principal contractors for both social housing and commercial properties. Established as a Group in 2016 they are based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire and employ 70 people across their strategic business units.
The business has seen significant growth in recent years and is led by an engaged and highly motivated team of directors. The business is now looking to enhance and secure its long-term future growth. This unique opportunity offers the successful candidate to join the company and directly contribute to their long-term ambition to grow market share by pivoting their business to meet the challenges of an evolving industry.
You will be based at the Westdale premises in Doncaster and will be championed as part of the senior team. Please note that due to the rural location of the business you will require a driving license and use of your own vehicle to travel to work.
The Person
We are looking for applications from a self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills and project management experience. You will have an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or similar, along with commercial experience of working effectively with the marketing mix. Candidates with a post-graduate degree in marketing and/or business are also welcome to apply. Experience of business-to-business marketing would be an advantage.
The role will provide you with senior-level experience and an opportunity to lead a project across a range of business functions. This will be an exciting role for the right candidate presenting an excellent opportunity to make a tangible difference to the business. You will be well supported by academic experts at Leeds Beckett and colleagues at Westdale. To be effective in the role you will need to be open to new challenges and prepared to involve yourself in all aspects of the business.
