An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Data Coordinator to join the UEA’s busy Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division.  You'll play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives by harnessing the power of data.  You’ll help us to achieve our goal of creating personalised and dynamic communications that resonate with our audiences.

Working closely with the Digital and Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll assist in various tasks to support our Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.  You’ll collaborate with colleagues from Admissions, Recruitment, and Marketing to help build audiences, analyse performance reports and support in testing or technical developments for their communication plans.

You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and a keen attention to detail.  Prior experience of Salesforce or other CRM will allow you to hit the ground running.  Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment.

We’ll give you learning and development opportunities, working with a great team of skilled colleagues and a brilliant work life balance. We’ve got a great campus location and are proud to be an international, innovative, and progressive University with a thriving research and student community. This role will involve a hybrid of home and office working – generally we’re on campus in the office 3 days a week.

This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis for 6 months.  A secondment will be considered, and applicants should please ensure that a secondment will be possible with their Line Manager/Head of Department, before submitting a formal application.
