The Clinical Liaison Services Team is part of the Peninsula Dental School; the team provides the interface between clinicians and the wider healthcare community to ensure the successful delivery of several programmes including medicine and dental programmes. 

Under the direction of the Senior Clinical Liaison Administrator (Dental) and as a member of the dental team, you will contribute to the delivery of and assist in the development of comprehensive, customer-focused, cost-effective and efficient administrative support for the Peninsula Dental School. You will co-ordinate the administration of Clinical Supervisor recruitment, allocation, payment and work schedules and Specialist Care Visits (placements) including planning, quality assurance and contributing towards a positive student experience. You will be key to supporting clinical dental activity and co-ordinating Clinical Supervisor (dentists and hygienists / therapists) contractual arrangements, payments and work schedules. In addition, you will co-ordinate placements for our dental students with various Clinical Partner Organisations.

This is a new role; we are seeking a highly organised, accurate and efficient administrator with good IT skills, confident in the use of Excel and creating and improving processes. Please detail Excel skills in your application. You will need a good understanding of teamwork, have experience of handling data and a good eye for detail. You will need to provide a professional and customer-focussed service to our Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Placement Partners.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 29.6 hours per week (0.8 FTE), to be worked over 5 days (Monday to Friday).
