As a Lecturer in Foundation Studies, you will play a crucial role in course verification and leadership, coordinating course teams, and supporting students to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of programmes, including timetabling and supporting the development of specific subject areas. Additionally, the role involves recruiting and selecting students, meeting enrolment targets, and collaborating with colleagues to provide guidance and support within the department.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, a commitment to student success, and the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of our educational environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the college's Strategic Plan and ensure consistent delivery of a positive learning experience.
