This is a newly created opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the Leeds University Business School’s Executive Education team. A key role, it will require leveraging a ‘consultative sales’ approach to understand the needs of organisations and tailor suitable solutions that align with the specific objectives and challenges of client organisations. It requires being skilled in developing key relationships with business leaders from both corporate and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This will need effective communication skills, strong business acumen, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with potential clients to understand and define their specific staff development needs and translate these into impactful Executive Education solutions.
