SALARY & HOURS: £27,650 pa 1 FTE, permanent.

The Faculty Quality Administrator will join the Faculty Quality Team, which is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the programmes delivered within the faculty are monitored, reviewed, and evaluated in a systematic way.
Provide administrative support for the Faculty, Collate and review data including feedback, Support the Faculty to be responsive to the needs and requirements of the professional regulating bodies (PRBS) such as the General Medical Council (GMC), Office for Students (OfS) and Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).
Monitor and respond to email enquiries relating to student appeals, quality matters, attendance and other student queries. Co-ordinate and support Quality team activities including; Quality Assurance visits from PRBS and Focus groups.
The Faculty Quality Administrator will join a strong administrative team in the Faculty who support each other in their roles and would be expected to support events such as new student selection, open days, assessment days, training events, induction week, graduation etc.
