A vacancy has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst within the nationally-accredited IT Systems and Strategy department of the College. The role involves providing 1st line support via telephone, Email and remote support tools within the Service Desk Team to our 1700 staff. Recording incoming incidents and requests on our service management software and resolving issues for users. 

The Service Desk team also works with IT colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure all requests are resolved in line with department service level standards. Our focus is very much on providing exceptional service to our customer base.
