This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Business School which is currently expanding its Learning Development Group, providing academic skills support for students and pedagogy innovation support for staff, in an attractive, state-of-the-art new building following a £17 million investment.

You will join a team of enthusiastic academic skills specialists providing support across all teaching and research provision in the School. An ability to contribute to the School’s Research Group, Business Education Research Group, (BERG) would be an advantage.

Your duties will include providing academic skills support for undergraduate and postgraduate students, working closely with academic staff in support of students and pedagogical innovation, and contributing to the School’s research profile.

You will possess a good honours degree (or equivalent) and a master’s qualification (or equivalent) relevant to your speciality in academic skills. Experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level in a UK Higher Education environment is essential at Senior Lecturer level. You will be supported to develop your research potential and a track record of research outputs in a relevant research area is required.
