As Careers and Student Services Officer you will provide careers guidance, advice and support required to all students within LCCA to help them excel in their Art, Design or Fashion career. You will be heavily involved in developing new relationships with companies both nationally and internationally to secure internships and placements for our students across various industries including fashion, design and more.
Alongside the careers aspect of this position, you will also play an important role in ensuring all students experience outstanding service in all non-academic matters, such as providing guidance on accommodation, disability, health & welfare, deal with students’ complaints, support and contribute towards student representative meetings, etc. Working closely with other department in essential.
This position would suit a target driven individual ideally with previous experience in careers guidance, however we are open to hearing from candidates with transferable skills such as recruiters looking to move away from agency, or business developers keen to progress and take a different career route helping our students to secure internships and jobs after their studies.
