Leeds Business School is excited to be launching a new strategic vision from September 2016. The subject area of Leadership, Governance and People Management with their integral disciplines, has a long history of applied learning and engagement with business practitioners.
In order to respond to fluctuating demand and include current professional practice in our teaching, we wish to seek to refresh and expand our pool of potential part time hourly paid staff by seeking applications from interested parties. Successful candidates will be added to our pool, and may be asked to carry out teaching and assessment related to one or more specific modules in the School’s portfolio for some or all of the academic year, provide supervision for HR Consultancy group projects, teach on skills modules covering content such as, self-awareness, employability, leadership and coaching.
We welcome applications from those who are able to work in all areas of People Management but we are especially interested in staff with skills and teaching experience in generalist Human Resource Management and all aspects of Organisational Behaviour.
Applicants should ideally hold a minimum of a Masters degree in a relevant subject and / or be a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Work experience within HRM or Learning and Development would be advantageous.
