We are seeking a Director who will lead on the development, implementation and management of HEOR strategies and research activities. This will include direct line-management responsibility for employees, as well as being involved in hands-on project delivery. The Director will be expected to take a leadership role in the overall strategic direction of the business, development of service offerings and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical and strategic levels of quality and insight. The successful candidate will report directly into a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Duties and responsibilities of the role:
Development of HEOR strategies and research plans to develop and communicate evidence-based value propositions internationally. The successful candidates will need deep knowledge of global HTA processes and requirements and methodological/analytic methods to appropriately inform value propositions and support business development discussions. This role will involve account management of the growing client list and client engagement.
Project Management and Project Lead [approximately 40% of role] including managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple, multi-geography and complex projects, client relationships and project teams to time, budget and to the highest quality. When operating in the capacity of Project Lead, development and management of client relationships.
Project work and delivery [approximately 20-30% of role] including hands-on work in multiple, multi-geography and complex projects to deliver high-quality technical and strategic advice.
In general, the role will contribute to the following projects depending on expertise.
Develop internal standards for technical health economics and outcomes research projects, and support development and knowledge sharing amongst the consulting team.
