Extended Services Supervisor (Two Posts)

These roles are responsible for leading, motivating and directing the Extended Services Team (EST).

This team has been in place since June 2016 and was created by bringing together disparate teams who worked weekends and overnight. The EST is key to the student experience and delivers excellent customer service until 9pm (Monday to Friday) and from 11am to 7pm at weekends.

The two Extended Services Supervisors work closely together and with daytime staff to ensure that there is a parity of service throughout the hours that the Library is staffed. They liaise with Campus Support Officers and security staff to enable a safe and productive environment whenever the building is open.
