The School is committed to delivering exceptional student experience and, to this end, seeks to employ an outstanding Teaching Fellow, to teach Work and Organisational Psychology and Organisational Behaviour at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Candidates with a background in any area of Work and Organisational Psychology and Organisational Behaviour are welcome. Status as a registered (Chartered) Practitioner Occupational Psychologist in the UK would be an advantage although not essential.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable ability to teach at postgraduate and undergraduate levels and evidence of significant knowledge within their field. Experience of learning programme design and leadership would be an advantage (the successful candidate may be required to lead postgraduate programmes in their field).
