Applications are invited for a Professor of Pharmaceutics to join the team developing novel Pharmacy initiatives within the Institute of Clinical Sciences, in the College of Medical and Dental Sciences at the University of Birmingham.
This post has arisen through significant new investment by the University to establish Birmingham as a leading international centre for research and education in Pharmacy: this post represents another senior appointment, vital to this strategic development.
The appointee must demonstrate exceptional ability as a dynamic research leader, with an excellent international publication output and a sustained record of substantial external funding acquisition.
Applicants may offer expertise from a range of specialties, within the pharmaceutical sciences, but preference will be given to those able to enhance the College’s research and teaching profile through collaborations exploiting the excellent environment for multidisciplinary research that exists within Birmingham.
This is a crucial strategic post for which a competitive salary and start up and relocation package will be offered for an outstanding candidate.
