An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Project Analyst to join the University, working within the Information Systems & Technology Directorate.
The successful candidate will need to build and maintain a business partner relationship between the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) Directorate and other departments in the University for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
You will serve as the day-to-day link with assigned University departments to help identify opportunities and define projects in response to business requirements and to provide information, support and guidance about key IT initiatives.
Ideally educated to degree level, you will have knowledge of business analysis and be familiar will ITIL processes. Knowledge and experience of business case development, project management and exposure to the full development lifecycle of an IT solution is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage change effectively.
