This post will manage all FE Construction provision and will be based at the Rainham Campus Construction Centre. Our Construction FE provision includes Painting & Decorating, Carpentry and Brickwork from levels 1-3. You will also be responsible for Construction within the Built environment courses delivered at levels 2 & 3. The majority of our students are on full time study programmes but there are a significant number of apprenticeship as well as part time programme.
You will need to be a motivated and organised individual who will help move this section move to 'Outstanding'. You will be responsible for the Success, Retention and achievement of all courses within the section and therefore will need a keen focus on Teaching and Learning and ensuring a quality student experience.
Working with the Head of Department and Work-Based learning Manager, you will provide management to the area and will be required to manage and develop the course offer including our work with partners.
