The Arthropod Control Product Test Centre, is a commercial organisation that provides a range of testing, research and consultancy services to industry and public bodies in the insect repellent, head lice and insecticide treatments sector. Whilst it has been operating for a number of years within the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine,arctec is part of a separate entity, Chariot Innovations Limited, in order to maximise the commercial opportunities that the School’s world class knowledge base and research excellence creates. Chariot Innovations Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
The arctec business is growing rapidly with revenue having close to double over the past two fiscal years. We annually secure a number of valuable contracts with multi-national companies, and have big ambitions and the ability to capture a significant share of a global market.
As a result of growing success, the business is now seeking a committed, determined and driven Business Development and Sales Manager who will join arctec as an integral member of the team and will have a critical role in improving arctec’s market position and achieving financial growth. The post-holder will build on current relationships, seek and secure new opportunities and carry out marketing and sales activities, to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Salary is in the range of £35,000 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting. We offer competitive OTE, excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
