We are seeking an Project Administrator to work within the Nathu Puri Institute of Engineering & Enterprise, in the School of Engineering at London South Bank University.
The Nathu Puri Institute was established in 2011 with a generous gift from Professor Nathu Puri, an alumnus of London South Bank University and founder of Purico, a multi-national group of companies. The Institute’s aim is to help embed enterprise in science and engineering education & practice, equipping scientists and engineers for management and leadership in order to monetise innovations. The Institute conceives, develops and implements a range of projects in support of achieving this mission.
The Project Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that the projects and day to day operations of the Institute are appropriately supported. The post will be a key link between the School of Engineering and the Engineering Industry and, as such, a high standard of written and oral communication is essential.
As well as excellent communications and interpersonal skills, you will have experience in administrative and project support experience. You will use your initiative and work quickly and accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will also have experience in organisation and coordination skills so that the Institute’s activities are supported.
