An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, student focussed Mental Health professional to work as part of our Wellbeing team. The role provides specialist mental health support to students and is part of a new area of development within the Specialist Support and Inclusivity department in Student Services.
As part of the role, you will deliver effective, creative and integrated supportive and therapeutic service to Swansea University students. You will collaborate with Academic Colleges and Professional Services across the University to strengthen and further develop the provision available for students with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties.
You will be a qualified mental health practitioner and have experience of working with clinical and non-clinical mental health organisations with adults aged 17+. In addition you will have experience of delivering interventions to promote mental wellbeing and be able to manage a range of sensitive and complex cases.
