The Student and Academic Administration (SAA) professional service offers a friendly and supportive working environment in which an enthusiastic administrator can make a real difference to the efficient delivery of its activities.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Administrative Officer to join our busy Student Administration and Assessment Team. You will work closely with the Senior Administrative Officer and colleagues across the Student and Academic Administration professional service to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the Faculty’s student administration and assessment activities.  Major elements of the post will be to support the smooth running of business processes that cover stages 4-7 in the student life cycle, e.g. institutional enrolment; academic programme management; student financial support management; assessment management; progress management; and graduation processes.

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively and with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work. You will have strong planning and organisation skills with a capacity to manage your own time effectively. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
