The Business School is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer with teaching and research capability in Human Resource Management (HRM) and/or Organisational Behaviour (OB).You will be part of the Department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour, which provides a range of successful undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the fields of human resource management, general business management and business psychology. The School, based in the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich, has a strong commitment to widening participation, diversity and internationalism and this is reflected in our staff and student profiles.
You will be expected to play an active role in the Department by contributing to the teaching and development of specialist and generalist subjects across our programmes, and by participating in at least one of the Department’s associated research group(s): Work and Employment Research Unit (WERU); and/or the Leadership and Organisational Behaviour (LOB) group. We seek an academic with the potential to develop an international research profile, who will help enhance and shape the future of HRM/OB curriculum and research in the University. This will include a commitment to innovation in pedagogy and to collaboration with colleagues internally and externally to produce high-quality publications and win external research income.
