An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Office administration team. The successful person will provide full administrative, clerical and financial support to a range of staff including support and data entry of all IT related systems within the 1st Degree office, under the direction of the Assistant Facilities and Operations Manager.
By utilising a variety of software packages the post is responsible for maintaining office systems including statutory and Health & Safety documentation, records, spreadsheets and databases. As part of the role they will be required to be part of the helpdesk operation, offering user support and customer service on building and grounds maintenance matters.
Position to be normally based at Park Campus, but flexible working to cover other locations will be required as necessary.

Candidates must have office services and helpdesk experience and be qualified to GCSE level or equivalent, you will be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and be fully conversant in the use of Microsoft office. Previous use of CAFM systems would be an advantage.
