Applications are invited for the post of Regional Officer in the international recruitment section of the Directorate of Student Recruitment & Partnerships.
Regional Officers lead the planning and implementation of marketing and recruitment activities to maximise recruitment of students from a given region, utilising excellent organisational skills in the annual marketing and individual visit planning. At the same time, they contribute to the wider range of promotional activities undertaken by Royal Holloway in support of student recruitment. Post-holders are expected to undertake travel both in the UK and abroad and this is likely to be in the region of 12 weeks per year.
All Regional Officers should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, public speaking and communication skills which they will use to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders including prospective students, agents, school advisors and institutional partners. They will also combine creative vision with a good understanding of prospective students' information needs and application processes in order to develop innovative activities to promote Royal Holloway both in-country and online.
The regions this post will have responsibility for with be UK International (expected to make up approximately 50% of the role), Latin America and countries within South East Asia. Within all their markets, they will manage strategic relationships with private pathway providers, schools and other feeder institutions and contracted educational agents. They will develop these relationships to ensure progression of students to study at Royal Holloway.
This is a full time and permanent post, immediately available. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
