Clinical Teaching Fellow in Cellular Pathology

Applications are invited for a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Cellular Pathology. This is a career development/secondment post at ST level to help teach the next generation of doctors. The post will major in cellular pathology, but with a commitment to teaching across the disciplines. You will receive training in teaching from a team of enthusiastic clinicians and educators.

Alongside teaching, you will also be given the opportunity to develop and evaluate teaching modules. You will receive training in teaching and, as part of the post, you will work towards a nationally recognised certificate in teaching and learning. This post provides a productive and interesting year and at the end you will re-join your cellular pathology rotation.

This post is a career development post and fixed term for one year. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave (pro rata), defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
