Part Time : 18.25 hours per week = 0.5 FTE

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6.

The project manager will work with the Principal Investigators (PIs) for major grants in the Astrophysics Group (UKSA Euclid, DEDALE ERC and SKA) in all aspects of administration. The main responsibilities for this post are project management of the relevant grants and will include budget and grant management; production of project-related reports; purchasing of project equipment; administration of recruitment processes and administration of grant-related auditing processes. The Project Manager will in addition provide PA support to the lead PI as well as updating webpages and organising and minuting meetings.

The position is for 2 years in the first instance and is offered on a 0.5 FTE basis and will therefore be part time.

The successful applicant will have a high level of numeracy, literacy and computer skills. They must be able to work flexibly and autonomously and should also have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
