An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious graduate to take on this strategic project with the support of mentors from the company, University and Innovate UK. The project will design, deliver and evaluate a workforce intelligence planning system for Higgs within their wider enterprise. You will gain an understanding of the issues involved in the transition of a highly successful and forward thinking legal practice that is experiencing rapid growth, to one using innovative approaches to address future market challenges. This position is a 15 month fixed term contract.
Qualifications we require:
As a minimum, you will hold a 2:1 Degree in a relevant area such as Human Resource Management, Management Studies, Operations Management or Psychology. A Masters level qualification in a relevant area would be an advantage.
