The Department of Literature, Language and Theatre within the Faculty of Architecture, Computing and Humanities at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in English Literature.
You must have expertise in early modern literature and drama. S/he will be able to teach across the discipline and must be actively engaged in research.
You will join the English Literature programme team, developing our external profile and expanding activities related to public engagement. You should be prepared to stimulate academic thinking, curriculum development, and teaching and learning strategies in English Literature.
Our teaching in English Literature places a strong emphasis on thinking creatively about the relation between literature and other forms of representation, between theory and practice and between English literature and a wider cultural history.

We are also interested in hearing from candidates who can contribute to our student employability strategy.
