Quality Officer (Student Discipline, Appeals and Complaints)

In this busy and varied role, you will provide administrative support for the operation of the student discipline, complaints and academic appeals processes, and to be a member of the Quality Office team providing support for the University’s wider quality assurance procedures.

As the ideal applicant, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience of operating within a regulatory environment.

You will have experience of drafting detailed reports and other communications for internal and external stakeholders and of coordinating and supporting committees and panels. Experience of working in an educational setting is essential.
