The recruitment of an experienced and highly competent Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager is pivotal to our success in that.
You will have extensive experience implementing EDI strategies and policies, and of identifying innovative approaches to enhancing our EDI work. Your knowledge of the Higher Education sector has provided you with an understanding of the needs of both students and staff.
As the operational lead for EDI, you will work under the leadership and guidance of the Executive Lead for Equality and Diversity, and will have the support of a wide network of individuals and groups both within and outside the institution.
Above all, you will have the knowledge, motivation, enthusiasm, influence and ability to achieve our aim of becoming a national and international sector leader in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
