An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Accommodation Service. We are advertising to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Welfare Officer with an ability to manage student welfare and discipline.
The successful candidate will have experience of undertaking a variety of administrative duties in a busy office environment and will also have been responsible for providing excellent customer service. They will also need to ensure effective management of the halls of residence in High Wycombe, and the Head Tenancy Scheme in Uxbridge. To ensure student welfare and discipline matters are prioritised and addressed appropriately.
The suitable candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as they will be dealing with a variety of people, including students on a daily basis.
We require a person who can manage and support a team of student Senior Residents who offer welfare, discipline and security support out of office hours, they will also be required to participate as part of a management call out rota.
