Learning and Teaching Innovation Portfolio
We are seeking to recruit a new member of the Institute of Educational Technology part of the academic staff community of the Learning and Teaching Innovation (LTI) Portfolio, LTI Academic. This exciting post bears a responsibility for contributing to the academic leadership within the LTI Portfolio, influencing the direction of the University’s approach to teaching, and developing the University’s reputation for excellence through the conduct of high-quality, internationally-recognised research, online teaching and support.
You will be energetic and creative, with experience in the areas of Learning Design. Learning Analytics, Assessment, Professional or Workplace Learning or Informal Learning or any other area which would contribute to the work of the Portfolio.
You are expected to provide leadership in learning and teaching within the University based on research and scholarship. You will be organised with good communication skills and have experience in online or distance education developing educational resources. Your academic background may be in any relevant discipline, but you will have a doctorate and experience of the research challenges offered by technology enhanced learning relevant to the University’s mission of inclusion and openness.
