The Multi-Faith Chaplaincy is part of Student Services and provides pastoral care, social activities, a space for reflection and spiritual support. We have a team of Chaplains from different faiths who work together to serve everyone at the University. The Chaplaincy Administrator will work closely with the Chaplains to ensure the smooth running of the Multi-Faith Chaplaincy centre and services. They will also need to build effective relationships across the University and with relevant external agencies.
We are looking to recruit an administrator who will also be able to provide a friendly, client focussed front of house for the University’s Multi-Faith Chaplaincy. You will be a well-organised individual who is capable of working on your own initiative. Personal religious faith is not a requirement for this post, although respect for faith and cultural traditions is crucial in accordance with the Code of the Inter Faith Network for the United Kingdom.
This post is part-time, 18.5hours per week, please note the days of working will be discussed at interview.
