We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join our team and provide support for the Project Department in delivering a full range of capital and small work projects to specification, cost and time, within a safety conscious and multi-stakeholder environment, by providing all aspects of high quality, professional project administration.
You will have:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal including attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Knowledge of order and invoice processing.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
