About Anglia Ruskin University
Our vibrant, modern University is gaining prominence both nationally and internationally and we have ambitious plans for our future. Our main campuses in the cities of Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough have been transformed with major capital investments. With an annual turnover of £200m, we are a major force for higher education in the East of England.
About the Role
The ERDF KEEP+ Project is managed within our Research, Development and Commercial Services Team, on behalf of a large partnership covering four Local Enterprise Partnership [LEP] areas within the east and south-east of England. The KEEP+ project provides a range of knowledge exchange activities designed to enable small and medium sized enterprises within these LEP areas to overcome their barriers to innovation and achieve their goals for growth. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the administrative systems to support the running of individual projects with businesses, including following ERDF claims and monitoring processes to ensure the accurate and timely submission and payment of funding claims. This will include working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for an individual with customer service and relationship management experience, including administering databases and financial systems. With a degree, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an eye for detail. Experience of ERDF programme administration, including the MCIS claims submission process, would be an advantage, as would experience of working with multiple partners on a project.
It is expected that interviews will take place on 21 December 2016.
