The Occupational Health & Wellbeing team provides professional evidence-based, effective occupational health and wellbeing advice and services to UCL and external clients in order to promote health at work and enhance the cultural and physical environment in which teaching and research activity can operate effectively.

Reporting to directly to a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health, the Occupational Health Advisers will conduct screening of professionally regulated students and staff undertaking research in the NHS and undertake routine health surveillance, work and travel related immunisation and health promotion.

Candidates will be NMC registered, with previous occupational health experience, preferably in an NHS or HE environment. You will need excellent evidence based clinical assessment and advisory skills; excellent numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills and a thorough knowledge of computerised occupational health record keeping systems and Microsoft Office applications. Experience of spirometry, immunisation, and fitness standards for NHS employees is an advantage.
