Research Associate (Bioinformatician)

We wish to appoint an excellent researcher to assist the research group of the Centre of Genetic Architecture of Complex Traits (GACT) in investigating quantitative traits through informatic analysis of genetic data informed by experimentation. You will undertake independent research under direct supervision and guidance that contributes to new intellectual understanding.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a related area with experience of quantitative genetics or bioinformatics. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
