To support the maintenance and accuracy of BPO records for all learners, particularly the provision within prisons. A member of the Contracts and Partnerships team providing support to the Contracts and Partnerships Manager, Consultants, Co-ordinators and Tutors for the BPO offender provision. The role primarily focuses on acting as a liaison within dedicated prison personnel, ensuring workbooks are ordered and documentation is accurately processed and passed between tutors and the prisons then through to CIS within tight deadlines and in accordance of the ILR Funding guidance. The role will encompass the design of paperwork, processing of learner files, enrolments, achievements and withdrawals in compliance with the Funding Rules, ordering work books, processing the tutor pay claim, attending prison meetings. It is essential that all paperwork is processed in a timely manner and work flows are monitored stringently.
