We are recruiting a Programme Manager for our Executive Degree programmes at our central Oxford site on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Programme Services this is an exciting, fast paced managerial role supporting the Executive MBA, Postgraduate Diploma and Executive Master’s degrees.
You will have overall responsibility for all course related planning, budgeting and administration, and be able to confidently take a lead role in developing, implementing and reviewing policy and procedure. You will confidently direct the work of the Executive Degree Programmes Team to in providing a world class service to our executive degree students. You will proactively manage, develop and coach the team, as well as working hands-on with them on a daily basis to ensure a first class service is provided to stakeholders and students. You will have the ability to rapidly become an expert on key areas of business school decision-making, ranging from programme management to assessment and planning, on which senior stakeholders will frequently turn to you for advice and implementation.
To be considered at shortlisting you will have experience of understanding the needs of executive level students, as well as an understanding of how to inspire leading edge delivery of degree programmes, ideally within a higher education or business school setting. You will be able to demonstrate that you are capable of leading a team in a fast paced, commercially driven environment. You will have a clear track record of fast-paced managerial decision making, and the ability to work hands-on as a member as well as manager of the executive degrees team. You will have the ability to rapidly upskill and make decisions on often complex issues, and to quickly gain the confidence of senior management and faculty in a business-focused higher education environment.
You will also have impressive interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with and present to senior stakeholders in the business school with confidence and flair.
