Liverpool John Moores University - The Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies

The Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies is seeking to appoint a dynamic academic with a proven track record relating to teaching. The post requires broad contributions to the academic work of the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies linking policy and practice related teaching in the field of policing.

You will be able to evidence teaching excellence and be able to contribute to our expanding policing portfolio. We are committed to improving the employability of our graduates and seek to appoint an academic who can further enhance our work in this area. You should have a good first degree in a discipline or area of study that clearly links to policing or criminal justice and this should be coupled with an appropriate level of teaching experience at degree level. Relevant experience of policing in England and Wales is essential as is a commitment to teaching excellence.
