University of Cambridge - Department of Clinical Neurosciences

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to work at the John Van Geest Centre for Brain Repair (BRC) based on the West Forvie Site, Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

You will provide an efficient, effective and friendly first point of contact for the Department. This will include meeting visitors, responding to telephone calls and emails. You will work closely with others to provide the highest level of service and support, which includes administrative /clerical support to members of the division.

You will be a team player with excellent communications skills (both orally and written) and good organisation skills, being able to prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines. Excellent computer skills are essential.
