Location: Kings Meadow Campus

Salary: £17,399 to £20,624 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

The HR Recruitment Onboarding Team is responsible for providing a new starter administration service for managers across our UK campuses, ensuring that all offers of employment are made in accordance with University policy and that pre-employment checks are carried out in a timely manner for newly appointed staff.

You will deliver this service whilst providing an excellent candidate experience from engagement of the new starter through to them joining the University as an employee, maintaining regular contact and providing a responsive support service as required.

You will need to ensure compliance with employment legislative requirements and create and maintain accurate employee records in the University’s e-recruitment and payroll systems. You will have a strong customer focused approach and extensive administrative experience, ideally gained from working within a Human Resources or Recruitment environment.

Working as part of a busy centralised team, you will have excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills as well as a proven ability to manage multiple customer requirements whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. Experience using a range of IT systems and packages (including MS Office) is essential.
