RNN are looking for a forward thinking and highly motivated person that has experience in curriculum management and can develop the areas of Engineering & Construction across the RNN group which covers multiple sites.
We are looking for someone who will develop outside links with industry giving opportunities to students to enrich their employability skills.
In this challenging role you will be required to have the skills and vision to continually develop/adapt curriculum, ensuring that the offer meets the needs of students, employers and addresses local priorities. There will be a particular focus on ensuring that the provision meets the needs of the two LEPs covered by the College.
You will support and drive the implementation of new initiatives across your department. Initially this will involve the embedding of chosen systems across the RNN group, specifically Pro Solution, the Tutorial system and the refined Curriculum Area Review process.
You will be able to manage a demanding workload, managing your own tasks as well as being a problem solver for those you manage.
You will attend relevant management meetings, playing a pro-active role to the enhancement of the curriculum and college environment.
All in all, you will contribute to our main goal which is to ensure that our students have great learning experiences and outstanding success, to develop skills for their future.
