The Role

This is a key role within the Student and Course Office.

The role has a wide remit providing general advice, support and assistance to all students. You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support for designated programmes at UG and/or PG level. The primary responsibility is managing students programmes and providing advice when they are on the course.

The Person

The post requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work co-operatively with staff both in the Faculty and across the University. You must have experience of providing advice and support to students, and be used to interpreting regulations and procedures. Ideally you will have experience of administering courses, excellent IT skills and experience of working with large databases.

This post is a 0.7 full time equivalent (FTE). To calculate the part time salary, please reduce the full time salary shown by the FTE.
