We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems & Administration Manager is to lead and manage the administration and business systems team in The University’s Estate Office set in the award winning 300 acre University Park. The role involves leading and managing a small team administrators supporting the wider Estate Office.
The role manages the business systems within the Estate Office including the Estate Office internet and intranet, Facilities Management System (Concept), the University Card production system (OCMS) and the Door Access Control system (AEOS), as well as associated business systems and processes the role holder will be expected to manage and develop the databases and produce regular management reports.
The successful candidate will work closely with the University IT teams as we review our IT systems and identify and assess strategic development in systems to improve the Estate Office performance and processes at a strategic level. You will also be responsible for the daily management and development of the data storage system (electronic and paper) and archiving system. Database reporting to the Estate Office directorate through Crystal Reports is the responsibility of the role.
Candidates should be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Information Systems and have some experience within a similar role or have a proven track record of extensive relevant work experience.
Hours of work are 36.25 per week.
