The university has embarked on an ambitious program to replace its core systems over a period of two years and has successfully completed the first stage by implementing the SAP finance system. Further releases of the SAP ECC will be delivered in the coming year, including Student Lifecycle Management.

This key role is responsible for implementing and embedding systems and processes relating to the University’s income and credit control operations and leading a team of technical and administrative staff in the delivery of exacting customer service standards to our students, sponsors and business stakeholders. You will promote best practice across the university in sales invoicing and income collection, working closely with colleagues in the four Faculties and various directorates.
