About the role
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and experienced officer who is passionate about delivering valuable and tailored services to employers on a local, regional and national scale. Working with employers looking to recruit Derby students and graduates and to develop our employer engagement offer, you should be confident communicator with working knowledge of recruitment practices and experience in developing meaningful stakeholder relationships.
This post will develop and maintain relationships with employers to increase the recruitment of University of Derby students and recent graduates to work experience and graduate employment. Opportunities created will include internships, placements, mentoring, projects, volunteering, campus visits and events. The role will support the work of the wider service via promoting the benefits of engaging students in industry. Outcomes for students, graduates and employers will be captured in order to measure impact and inform future development.
