Are you interested in playing a key role to support the activities of the Government Outcomes Lab (GoLAB) based at the Blavatnik School of Government (BSG)?
BSG is one of the newest departments at the University of Oxford. We are rapidly growing and seeking to appoint a talented Administrative Assistant to support the activities of the project. The postholder will report to the GoLAB Deputy Director and will provide support to the GoLAB team, assisting with the set up and management of the project, and coordinating communications and events. The responsibilities of the role are varied and will include both practical and administrative duties, as well as more creative tasks such as drafting newsletters and website content.
You will need excellent team working skills, with a flexible can-do approach and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs and priorities in your team and across the School. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will be organised, know when to use your initiative and when to seek advice, and be able to demonstrate a personable and diplomatic approach in dealing with a diverse range of people.
This position is fixed-term to December 2018.
