Finance and Administration Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a an enthusiastic person to work within the administrative team that supports a variety of activities related to computing, digital media, engineering, and product design within the School of Engineering and Informatics.

The successful candidate will be a member of the School’s administration team and provide an efficient and courteous service to students and staff, while undertaking the dual roles of:

  • Supporting staff and students with procurement activity, ensuring timely and accurate payments are made, primarily via credit card and the University finance system Agresso.
  • Working with colleagues in coordinating and implementing our student engagement activities and associated events, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to providing our students with the best possible experience.
